OGC Nice secured a impressive 3-1 victory over defending champions Paris Saint-Germain at the Parc des Princes on Friday in Matchday 31 of France's Ligue 1.
The visitors opened the scoring in the 31st minute through Morgan Sanson, assisted by Badredine Bouanani with a low central finish. PSG equalized ten minutes later when Fabián Ruiz found the net in the 41st minute, set up by Ousmane Dembélé with another low central strike.
Nice regained control early in the second half as Sanson struck again just a minute after the restart (46'), this time assisted by Jonathan Clauss with a right-center finish. The victory was sealed in the 70th minute when Youcef Atal scored the third goal, once more set up by Bouanani with a low central shot.
PSG had already secured their record-extending 13th Ligue 1 title in Matchday 28 with a 1-0 win over Angers. Despite this defeat, the Parisians remain top of the table with 78 points, while Nice consolidate their fourth-place position with 54 points.
