A new report by Mark Gurman of Bloomberg reveals that Apple is preparing to release two new Apple Pencil models in the first half of 2027, coinciding with the next generation of iPads. According to the report, the first model, internally codenamed B582, will be an update to the standard USB-C version, while the second, codenamed B632, will be an updated Apple Pencil Pro. Although expectations pointed to the addition of new features in the professional version, the report confirms that Apple will focus this time on ease of repair, rather than on introducing new input features.
