Kuwait condemns the repeated Iranian attacks: The country's security, sovereignty, and the safety of citizens and residents are a "red line".

The continuation of these blatant attacks constitutes a systematic undermining of de-escalation efforts. We reserve our inherent and legitimate right to take all necessary measures to preserve our sovereignty. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the State of Kuwait’s condemnation and denunciation, in the strongest terms, of the repeated Iranian attacks on the State of Kuwait, the latest of which was this morning, in flagrant violation of its sovereignty, a direct threat to its security and stability and the safety of its citizens and residents on its territory, and a grave violation of the rules of international law, the Charter of the United Nations and Security Council Resolution No. 2817.The Ministry reiterated that the continuation of these blatant attacks, at a time when regional and international efforts are underway to de-escalate tensions, constitutes a systematic undermining of these efforts and disregards the international will supporting this path. It emphasized that the security, sovereignty, and safety of the State of Kuwait, its citizens, and residents are a red line that cannot be crossed, reaffirming Kuwait's inherent and legitimate right to take all necessary measures to safeguard its sovereignty and protect its security and stability.
