Turkey condemned the terrorist attack that killed 13 Pakistani soldiers on Saturday in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, located near the Afghan border in northwestern Pakistan.

In a statement, the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed deep sorrow over the casualties and injuries resulting from this terrorist attack.

"We condemn this heinous attack in the strongest terms and pray to God for mercy upon those who lost their lives and a speedy recovery for the wounded," the statement added.

It also reaffirmed Turkey’s continued solidarity with Pakistan in its fight against terrorism.
