In a disclosure to the Kuwait Stock Exchange today, Oula Fuel stated that the resignations included representatives from National Leasing and Finance Company (represented by Abdulaziz Mohammed Al-Attal), United Nutrition and Food Company (represented by Adel Mohammed Al-Awadhi), and National United Holding Company (represented by Zaid Aqab Al-Khatib). The resignations also included representatives from United Pharmaceuticals Company (represented by Ali Ahmed Al-Omairi), ULC Laboratories (represented by Saad Ahmed Marafi), and independent members Hashem Samir Behbehani and Waleed Khaled Mandani. The company stated that this material information has no impact on the financial position. For its part, Al-Sour stated in a similar disclosure that it had received the resignation of the board members, namely: ULC Laboratories Company, represented by Tarif Mohammed Baqer Al-Awadhi; B-Eleven Real Estate Company, represented by Talal Ahmed Al-Kharas; IC Medical Group Company, represented by Dr. Nour Mahdi Mahmoud; United Pharmaceuticals Company, represented by Ashraf Al-Haj Mahmoud; Kuwait Medical Services Company, represented by Abdul Aziz Malek Dhiab Al-Ali; independent member Jaber Mohammed Abdullah Ashkanani; and independent member Mubarak Faleh Shabeeb Al-Sahli. The company stated that there is no financial impact at this time.
