The Municipal Council, during its regular session on Monday chaired by Deputy Chairman Khaled Al-Mutairi, approved:

1. The request from the Ministry of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy to allocate right-of-way corridors for overhead transmission lines connecting Al-Shagaya (Z) Main Substation to Al-Wafra (Z) Main Substation.

2. The submitted proposal to amend the annex tables of the Building Code.

3. The zoning regulations for part of Al-Mubarakiya suburb (formerly known as Plot 15 Statement) and granted preliminary approval for reorganizing another part of the same suburb.

4. The request to annex an area to Parcel (1) in the survey plan of Plot (70) in Al-Farwaniya area.
