The Syrian Presidency announced Thursday evening that Syrian President Ahmad al-Shara' held a meeting with Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed al-Sudani in Doha, under the patronage and presence of Qatar's Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.

Economic & Trade Cooperation
Explored mechanisms to boost trade, facilitate cross-border movement, and encourage mutual investments.
Agreed to expand cooperation in energy, transportation, and infrastructure to serve strategic interests.
Qatar’s Mediation Role
President al-Shara' expressed gratitude to Amir Sheikh Tamim for facilitating this "brotherly meeting," highlighting Qatar’s commitment to Arab dialogue and unity.
