On Thursday, [Date], Her Excellency Dr. Noura Al-Mashaan, Kuwait's Minister of Public Works, conducted an inspection tour of the Mubarak Al-Kabeer Port project on Bubiyan Island in northern Kuwait. She was accompanied by:

• Review progress on the pre-implementation study, design, and services contract for completing the port project
