In implementation of a royal decree, His Excellency Eng. Ibrahim Al-Sultan, Saudi Minister of State, Cabinet Member, and CEO of the Royal Commission for Riyadh City, today presented the King Abdulaziz Medal (Fourth Class) to Kuwaiti businessman Mohammed Al-Shaibi and Saudi businessman Abdullah Al-Fozan.
The awards recognize their company Shumoul Commercial Complex's initiative in developing the intersection of King Salman Road and King Fahd Road—the location of their Avenues Riyadh project—at a cost of 646 million Saudi Riyals (≈$172 million).
