The National Bank of Kuwait is contributing one million Kuwaiti dinars to the restoration and rehabilitation of the country's land border crossings..

In line with its commitment to strengthening national partnerships with government entities and supporting state institutions in implementing their vital projects, Mr. Issam Jassim Al-Sager, Vice Chairman and Group CEO of the National Bank of Kuwait (NBK), visited the Ministry of Interior, where he met with His Excellency Sheikh Fahad Yousef Saud Al-Sabah, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior.


During the meeting, NBK announced a financial contribution of one million Kuwaiti dinars for the restoration and rehabilitation of the country's land border crossings, including Al-Abdali, Al-Salmi, and Al-Nuwaiseeb, in support of the government's efforts to develop the infrastructure and enhance the readiness of these crossings.



This contribution embodies the deep sense of national responsibility and the bank's commitment to safeguarding the nation's resources. It also underscores that the role of national institutions extends beyond supporting the economy to actively contributing to enhancing the readiness of strategic facilities and supporting the state's efforts in all circumstances.
