Spotify has announced a new round of price hikes for its Premium plans around the world. Users in South Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, Latin America and the Asia-Pacific region will be notified via email soon, while the company has not disclosed all countries that will be included in the increase.

The increase has already been confirmed in a number of EU markets such as Spain, Italy and Portugal, where the subscription has increased by €1 to now start from €11.99.
