"Kuwait and Middle East Financial Investment Company (KEMIFK) announced net profits of 3.7 million Kuwaiti dinars (approximately $11.2 million USD) for the first half of 2025, compared to 2.7 million dinars (about $8.2 million USD) during the same period in 2024, representing a growth rate of 38.2%.
In a disclosure published on the Kuwait Stock Exchange website on Monday, KEMIFK reported earnings per share (EPS) of 17.12 fils for the first half of 2025, compared to 12.39 fils for the same period in 2024, marking a 38.18% increase.
The company attributed the financial improvement to both realized and unrealized gains from fair value investments through profit and loss, along with contributions from its core operational activities that enhanced growth compared to 2024 performance.
Established in 1984 and listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange in 1997, KEMIFK has a capital of 22 million dinars (approximately $67 million USD). The company operates in financial brokerage, investments, portfolio management, and investment funds for both its own account and client accounts."
