Two Assistant Undersecretaries (overseeing Educational Affairs and Administrative & Technical Affairs)
Optimized Departments:
Each sector now includes 8 general directorates (16 total).
Eliminates redundancy by merging overlapping units and clarifying responsibilities.
Enhanced Governance & Digital Transformation:
Promotes agile governance principles to improve decision-making.
Supports digital transformation and service quality in education.
