The National Campaign for Cancer Control (KAN) announced today the launch of the 2025 Haydukan Summer Olympics in collaboration with the General Sports Authority, under the slogan "Sports for Prevention."

Event Highlights:

• Duration: 6 weeks of sporting events

• Participants: 16 teams with over 120 athletes

• Activities: Football, volleyball, bowling, athletics, tug-of-war tournaments

• Additional programming: Fitness competitions, health workshops, and community initiatives

Dr. Khaled Al-Saleh, Chairman of KAN, emphasized in his statement:
"Regular physical activity is among the most important factors in reducing risks for many types of cancer. These games embody our vision to promote sports culture and community health awareness."
