His Excellency Jasem Mohamed Al-Budaiwi, Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), welcomed on Sunday the peace agreement signed between Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), praising the mediation efforts undertaken by the United States and Qatar.
In an official statement, Al-Budaiwi:
